2011 race is over (results here). 75 racers braved the cold for some wicked halloween fun on what feedback suggests was a fantastic course. Because everyone had so much fun we'll be back again in 2012 on October 27th, so save the date!
Registration will include park entry fees, food and refreshment, entertainment, prize drawing, and some of the great swag you've come to expect at ENDracing events. There will be an indoor venue available for relay team members (skeletons) waiting on their riders to stay warm and socialize. Solo riders (zombies) are welcome to stop in between laps and revitalize themselves as well.
The race will be held in a standard lap format. We anticipate laps will take riders anywhere from 40-60+ minutes to complete (depending on skill and fatigue levels), and your last lap needs to be finished within 12 hours to be counted. Teams can have riders go in any order (i.e. a more keen rider can do two laps for every one a team-mate does).
The course will involve about 75% single and double track (with most of the single track being fun rolling terrain in and out of forests) and about 25% roads (both dirt and paved). The single track is awesome stuff but not super technical, so it is definitely suitable for more recreational level riders.
Prizes for top riders in all categories, assuming category goes at least three deep: Male Zombie, Female Zombie, coed Skeleton Army (S.A.), all male S.A., and all female S.A.
